About the EventResilience CrossFit is thrilled to host its fifth annual, Carnival of Fitness competition. This year the event will be held on May 4, 2019 — so we will naturally be celebrating "Star Wars Day” (May the Fourth Be With You). So we're planning a fantastic, intergalactic festival of fitness. It is a 2-person, same-sex, team competition. This year, we will be offering three divisions: Jedi Council (Rx & Higher-Level Intermediate Athletes), Jedi Knight (Scaled & Lower-Level Intermediate Athletes), and Jedi Masters (40+ Masters).
